Starquest Partners is a private equity firm and regional center operator concentrated in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Our platform combines traditional private capital with EB-5 immigrant investor financing to fund residential and industrial development across South Texas.
Through Starquest Fund I, we deploy capital across a diversified portfolio of single-family, multifamily, and industrial logistics projects. EB-5 capital is sourced through Guardian Regional Center, a USCIS-designated regional center with approved geographic coverage throughout Texas which sponsors both our proprietary developments and third-party projects. Fund I is offered privately to accredited investors only.

The RGV is undergoing more than $30 billion in industrial investment, led by the Rio Grande LNG and Texas LNG projects, SpaceX's continued expansion in Cameron County, and new port-anchored developments at the Port of Brownsville.
